Under the direction of Head Chef Gerhard Rentz, the kitchen crew at LUX conjures up tried & tested classics as well as out-of-the-ordinary menus to serve at your table. You have a choice of meat and fish courses, seafood, and homemade pasta dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
Every Sunday from 11.00 to 15.00, our ‘flying brunch’ will serve you light dishes at your table: for example, bao buns with crispy duck, eggs Benedict on a homemade plaited bun, or tuna sashimi with wakame salad. Our colleagues at the barista station will pamper you with coffee specialities, fresh juices, smoothies, power shots and homemade granolas.
Gastronomy also means being responsible towards the environment. We have control over the products we use and how much food we throw away, so we pursue a strict climate protection strategy.
