Under the direction of Head Chef Gerhard Rentz, the kitchen crew at LUX conjures up tried & tested classics as well as exceptional menus to serve at your table. You have a choice of meat and fish courses, seafood, and homemade pasta dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
The LUX Brunch is available every Saturday from 11.00 to 15.00, offering various buffet stations where you can choose and enjoy a selection of exquisite small dishes. There’s everything you could possibly want, ranging from tempting pastries and homemade granola to authentic brunch classics such as country ham, hot smoked Swiss salmon or veal fillet tartare with hazelnut crunch. In addition, you can order warm mini dishes from our small collection such as our Zurich classic or roasted oyster mushrooms. At the barista station we prepare your coffee, fresh smoothies and power shots, with passion and expertise to ensure everything’s just as you like it.
